These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by visitors ("Customer") on the e-commerce webshop of the seller. Additional conditions of the Customer are excluded unless explicitly accepted in writing.

Article 2: Price

All prices are in euros and inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Additional charges, such as delivery or administrative fees, will be separately indicated.

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, the online catalog and e-commerce webshop may contain incomplete or outdated information. Mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding. Specific inquiries should be directed to customer service.

Article 4: Online purchases

Customers can choose between bank card or credit card payment methods. The seller reserves the right to reject orders due to serious customer shortcomings.

Article 5: Delivery and performance of the agreement

Any visible damage or quality deficiency in an article or delivery must be promptly reported by the Customer. The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon physical possession of the goods.

We aim to ship within 5 business days. The standard delivery time is up to 30 days, subject to exceptions. If the delivery is delayed beyond 30 days due to stock availability or other reasons, the Customer will be notified.

Orders can be picked up in Herdersem-dorp 13 (Aalst)  or shipped via Bpost. Shipping costs of €5.70 are borne by the buyer. Free shipping for orders over €70. Orders are shipped on Wednesdays and Fridays. Purchased goods cannot be exchanged.

Article 6: Retention of ownership

The delivered articles remain the exclusive property of the seller until full payment by the Customer.

Article 7: Right of withdrawal

Purchased goods cannot be exchanged. This article applies to consumer customers who make online purchases.

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 calendar days, provided that the right of withdrawal is applicable. The Customer must notify the seller of their decision to withdraw in writing. Goods must be returned immediately at the Customer's expense, unless otherwise agreed. Only items in the original packaging with all accessories, instructions, and invoice or proof of purchase can be accepted for return.

Article 8: Warranty

Consumers have legal rights under the law of September 21, 2004, regarding the sale of consumer goods. To claim warranty, the Customer must provide proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover defects caused by accidents, negligence, misuse, non-compliance with instructions, modifications, rough handling, poor maintenance, or abnormal or incorrect use.

Article 9: Sanctions for non-payment

In case of non-payment, the Customer is automatically liable for interest on the unpaid amount from the date of default. The seller reserves the right to repossess unpaid items.

Article 10: Validity and non-waiver

If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid, illegal, or void, it will not affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions. Failure to enforce any rights listed in these Terms will not be considered a waiver and will not affect the validity of those rights.

Article 11: Amendment of terms

These Terms are supplemented by other explicitly referenced conditions and the general sales conditions of the seller. In case of conflict, these Terms prevail.

Article 12: Applicable law

Belgian law applies. The courts of the seller's jurisdiction have jurisdiction over legal disputes. The seller may also resort to the ODR platform.
